An expert career counsellor will be able to tell the personality, career interest, career motivators, learning style and the skills and abilities of the student. They will be able to analyse the career options based on the psychometric result if the student and explain to the student and parent why a career choice is suitable to the student or why it should be avoided. There will be clarity for them to make a correct choice.
